This thermometer supports conversion between Celsius, Fahrenheit, and Kelvin units, with options for displaying minimum, maximum, and average data as well as holding current data. Its probe-based temperature measurement is ideal for industrial settings

Great for the price

I tested this unit with all 4 thermocouples at room temperature as the thermocouple needs to be properly mounted to obtain reliable high-temperature readings. The readings obtained were within 1 degree. The display is very clear and the temperature unit can be switched between C, F and Kelvin. The data refresh rate is OK as it takes about 1 second for the value to be updated. It doesn't really matter if you are measuring steady state temperature or if you don't expect the temperature to change rapidly.
