This Honey Moisture Brix and Baume Refractometer are primarily for making honey. It can test sugar content (range up to 90% Brix), Baume and Water concentration. It can also measure high sugar related liquids such as high sugar content, honey, jelly, jam and syrup to help monitor and control sugar concentrations in foods and beverages.
