THE MEASUREMENT
Measuring water content in milk is a simple process, consisting of two steps. First, place a few drops of the measured liquid onto the prism and gently press the cover plate to remove any bubbles or air. Finally, observe the light/blue boundary to determine the accurate value. For the most precise results, it is important to consider the reference temperature of 15°C.
