This refractometer is designed for measuring sugar content in sugary liquids such as fruit juice, honey, maple syrup and other . The 0-80% large scale range makes it be suitable in wider field. This refractometer is almost equivalent to a regular brix plus a honey refractometer, but you just need to spend about half money. It only requires a few drops of liquid for an accurate reading, No need to lose a whole hydrometer test jar of sample liquids in the process.
