REVIEW
- Material: The cuvettes are made from polystyrene, a common plastic material used in laboratory applications.
- Spectral Range: These cuvettes are suitable for assays in the visible spectral range, which is typically between 340nm (nanometers) and 900nm. This means they can be used to measure the absorbance or transmittance of light at various wavelengths within this range.
- Light Path: These cuvettes have a standard 1cm (10mm) light path, which is the distance that light travels through the sample. This standardization is crucial for accurate measurements.
- Minimum Filling Volume: These cuvettes are specially designed to allow you to scale down your assay volumes, which can help save on costly reagents. The minimum filling volume for these cuvettes is 1.4ml.
- Cuvette Dimensions: Each cuvette has dimensions of 12.5 x 12.5 x 45mm, which includes the height of the cuvette.
- Packaging: These cuvettes are typically sold in packs of 100 pieces, which makes them convenient for labs with high usage.
- Order Code: LDC-104
-
Pathlength: 10mm, Volume: 4ml (4000ul)
- Dimension: 45mmx12.5mmx12.5.mm, Supplied in Box of 100 pcs.
- LABART now provides an optically fused 10 mm UV cuvette for use in extreme conditions with the most caustic of chemicals and temperatures.
- Transmission Range 340nm-900nm
IDEAL FOR ALL UV-VIS SPECTROMETERS
Accurate results for optical processing, UV-Vis-NIR absorbance and transmission. The unpolished two sides prevent slips from holding the cuvette during experiments. The efficient and high light transmission design allows light to easily travel and pass through the clear sides of the quartz cuvette. Measurement shows >83% light transmission from UV to near IR. It features a transparent and clear material surface for reliable results. If polished four sides, it can be used for fluorescent spectrometer.
DURABLE AND CONSISTENT
Each piece from the set is made of outstanding quality quartz glass for sustainable and durable built. Each piece is made with precise and uniform luster without leakage, bubbles, scratches and holes. LABART cuvettes are acid and alkali resistant with high temperature tolerance up to 600 degree Celsius.
WHAT DOES CUVETTE PATH LENGTH MEANS?
The optical path length of a cuvette is the distance light travels through the rectangular cuvette’s interior walls.
